We spent a weekend in Bangor, Maine for our grandson's wedding. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The hotel over all was very enjoyable. I would stay there again.
Handicapped room was well appointed. Easy access to airport for early flight.
Breakfast is available daily in our Tailwind's Grille and Lounge. Average cost is $12-18 Breakfast Hours: Daily 6am-10am
Paid parking, 11.00 USD, allowed in the airport parking right next to the hotel. If you have your parking ticket validated at the front desk it will reduce the parking down from $17/day to only $10/day.

I love everything about the hotel the rooms, the ambiance, the dining room, the swimming pool.
Kiara, the bartender, was polite and very personable. Her service was awesome! Tina and Lenny were great as well. The rooms were clean, and the bed was very comfortable.
I was quoted $50 for my dog but got charged $75 at checkout. It left a very impression.
TV not working. Is quiet and spacious. Bed and pillows too soft.

I would not typically select this property but when you have a very early morning flight out of BGR, nothing beats it. The rooms are actually fine and the staff is nice enough. It's the restaurant that is the subject of my complaint. If you are going to be open for business, then have a staff member available to greet guests. I walked into an almost empty restaurant at around 7:30. I looked all over for a person. Nothing. Finally someone emerged from the kitchen. Took my order, delivered the food then disappeared for the rest of the night. FYI, the fries were good and the burger terrible. I also think the restaurant could do with a refresh. It reminded me of a dining room in an assisted living facility. If time was not a factor, I'd stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott near the airport (but not connected!).
