Check in was easy Parking at door good Room was spacious,Clean enough. Sofa gross. Bed comfortable. BIGGEST PROBLEM. ..THE RESERVATION I googled hotels in Manchester TN. List populated, I selected Quality Inn. I called, made reservation. THEN it got strange. I was routed to reservations.com who did reserve room BUT FOR $19.95 FEE. I repeatedly questioned why a $72 room was suddenly $107???? SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM We were tired, been on road 9 hours and just needed to sleep. Tomorrow I will dispute the scammers BS. NOTE that Quality Inn was not the problem. The problem was GOOGLE AND THE SCAMMERS RESERVATIONS.COM.
