The receptionists have been very nice. The rooms need attention in certain areas: bathrooms shower curtain brackets, toilet seat came almost off the base, and in one room, the water NEVER got Hot, even after running it for half an hour! Other than that, everything has been very good clean linen, comfortable beds, our ESA animal accommodations, etc.
