I use a walker. Needed walk in shower. Couch too hard for me to sit on. Breakfast was pretty good. Great coffee.

Had a great experience with my stay at the Springhill Suites. From checking in to the wonderful hot breakfast. It is centrally located to downtown. Also, easy to get to Folly Beach or Shem creek. A special shout out to Gary who fixed out air conditioner in our room. He did a fantastic job. Recommend a stay at the hotel on your next visit to Charleston.
I've stayed here for an extended period of time before and was very satisfied. However, this time was totally different. The was trash on the hallway of the third floor. Mold was in the ceiling over the bathroom, thick dust covered the vent in the bathroom and the cooling system was extremely loud. I was very disappointed with the room but must admit that the front desk clerks were pleasant.
We enjoyed our stay although it was only one night.
We were only ere for one night of a long road trip but it was just what we needed. The front desk staff was exuberant and welcoming as soon as we walked in the door. Everything was exquisite including cleanliness, hospitality, pool and balcony, fitness area and laundry. Everyone slept great even on the sofa bed. We'll be back for a longer stay!
