Efficient desk clerk, had my rez and was expecting me. Hallways had a cranky smell that air freshener won't fix. For $140, nothing for breakfast besides coffee and granola bars. Room (122) is marked in the hallway non smoking but obviously been smoked in regularly. Air freshenerized inside but it turns your stomach if you're not used to it. Room had no toilet paper. Countertop trim peeling and/or missing. Beat up old fridge has a musty smell Thank god I'm not Staying there for an Extended time.

Arrived at three P.M. Check In when I said I would. My disabled Queen room not ready or any other Queen Room. I had dogs in the car so had to leave and find a hotel I could check in to.

Made reservations through a third party and when I got there the rooms weren't available. Hotel wouldn't credit payment until third party called them.

"This place was disgusting."

I will never again stay anywhere that is an extended stay. I checked in and walked to my room. The room smelt like an actual dead body. The entire hotel smelt like 1000 dead bodies. I almost threw up it smelt so disgusting here. I immediately checked out and was not refunded my 100$ for the night. This place is disgusting and smells like actual poop and decaying bodies.

The rooms were clean and people were cordial and accommodating. Only one important negatives. This hotel did not have any K cup coffee/tea maker. Only old drip with filter. Should invest in single serving K cup type makers, which allows for all selection of all types of drinks, coffee, tea, mocha, etc. Very disappointing. I will not stay in this hotel because of this one convenience.

Service dogs should not be so expensive they are trained and cleaner then some of the guest that rentvrooms so boo on pet fees ..its bs.

"I WISH I'D STAYED HERE SOONER!"

I could not have chosen a better place to stay! While awaiting my home inspection since 5/1. contractor issues. I've been pretty much "motel surfing". This is the 5th and pray fully, FINAL one I'll have to stay in. The other four did not come close to the friendly staff, location, amenities, security and over feel of "home" here for my stay. From "cheap, in the boonies". outer doors that did not lock..mini fridges with so much ice in the freezer you could barely put anything in it to being WAY overpriced, I've seen quiet a few things in these weeks to make me appreciate ESA Phoenix/Mesa. I'll definitely be recommending this place to my friends and family. THANK YOU for welcoming me and making me feel at home!

"Not at first."

We were given a room on the 1st floor as requested, because I have a small dog. It was a handicapped room and was horrible. We immediately found two bugs and killed them. The room was old, dingy looking and very undesirable. We requested to be moved to another room and it was completely different. On the 3rd floor, it was very clean, modern and highly acceptable. Why do the handicapped have to stay in such an awful room, when they have enough problems as it is. I was disgusted by your lack of empathy and probably support for veterans, as some of the potential guests probably were. They deserve cleaner and updated rooms before anyone else. Why have you ignored and pushed them behind everyone else? The owners should be ashamed.

"Disapointing"

The room above us has a leak, the sheetrock has been repaired before and the paint is bubbling with water, its running down the wall onto the floor. We are using dirty towels to Dam up the water to prevent a puddle on the bathroom floor. the TV is pointing downward making it hard to see.
