Got to room and handle was broke on shower. Had to change rooms. Both the rooms were poorly cleaned. Hair on floors and smelled bad. Probably won’t stay there again.
Very nice location. Rooms were clean and breakfast was great. Would definitely recommend this location.
Air unit was not on when we arrived and looked dirty. Window coverings were nasty. Ice maker on our floor did not work and it appeared to have been out of service for some time. Tub could not hold water due to the stopper being broken. Gave us only one towel each. The safe would not work. It was locked when we arrived and they said they were waiting on a piece to repair it. I refused room service because I had valuables that I could not secure. The hotel was occupied by mostly laborers. I feel we paid way too much money for these poor conditions. Mary Sanders.
