I came down to the lobby for a cup of coffee and was excited to see a Starbucks. However a woman met me in the lobby and asked if she could help me and then informed me that the Starbucks was not open until the next day as they were doing training that day. She went over to the restaurant and got me a cup of coffee. That's great customer service!
