As first time visitors to Hotel Royal William Ascend and Quebec City. We found the hotel decor to be very impressive, the rooms clean and well equipped. The desk staff employees were all very helpful and courteous to answer all our questions and see to all our needs during our stay. The room service staff was also very helpful and attentive to our room needs. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Quebec City.
