The cool features of Costa d'Este Beach Resort & Spa include a full-service spa, outdoor pool, fitness center, and beach access.
The best part about stay was the outdoor cabana seating area, where you can enjoy the outdoors and lay out in the sun, which would be a lot better laying on those at night and sleeping then on the terrible mattress inside the hotel room, which was so bad that your body ache and hurt upon getting up in the morning I think that the hotel should buy new mattresses, especially when you spend that kind of money per night you need to sleep well the other nice thing was a glass of champagne on Friday evening when checking in the staff of the hotel was very nice. Gabriella at the bar was fabulous getting food and drinks to the table very quickly Paul the attendant for the beach chairs very nice however at the wave restaurant it did take way too long to get the food, but the food was good once it did come out they did apologize that they were backed up in the kitchen, but it was worth time the filet mignon was excellent and the sea scallops were superb. Would I come back no unless they tell me they had all brand new mattresses or at least buy mattress toppers, thick pads to put on these old mattresses. I think overall the best part of the hotel in general is the staff. Their customer service gets a 10 food gets a 10 housekeeping gets a 10 comfortability of sleep and mattress gets zero.
Beach access and service were great. Outside bar was great. Loved everything about the place.
Clean, friendly and very good location. Dog friendly with great pool and beach. I would recommend.
Hi, this is our second stay to spend a few nights to celebrate our 61st Anniversary at Costa d'Este Beach Resort and Spa, just plain fabulous and they have a most awesome, courteous staff to keep up with us visiting, absolutely outstanding in every way!
