My experience was good. I felt secure and the the room was clean. The bathroom was clean and the sink and bathtub had excellent water pressure and hot water at the ready. The towels provided were more than adequate. The bed linens were clean, as well as the microwave, refrigerator, drawers and closet. The iron worked excellently. The hotel is in a safe area. There is a washer and dryer on site, as well as two laundromats nearby and a number of convenience stores and eateries. The gentleman at the front desk went the extra mile and helped me find my room and the laundry facilities when I checked in at dark. I didn't have much problem with noise. There was a large flatscreen tv and the remote worked. I had a comfortable experience.

I like the whole setting of this hotel: quite, very private space. The staff was very pleasant and friendly from the to the check out. Room perfectly clean. The furniture upholstery and the carpet is not brand new, but very well kept and clean. That’s the only difference I could pick on, comparing this place to a five star hotel. The rest is just perfect. The look of the room has a nice style with a color coordinated decor. House keeper was cleaning the room, bathroom and changing all towels to bright white every day. I would happily come to the Boston Hotel again, if we visit Boston in the future. Recommending it to my friends.
