The hotel lobby is still under renovation but it did not impact our stay. The hotel room was clean and gorgeous, 100% improvement from what this hotel used to be. The rooms are bright, clean, Keurig coffee machines and quality shampoo and conditioner. A great price, right off the highway and there is a restaurant connected to the lobby which is very convenient. I will be staying here again.

This is a wonderful hotel, even while they are under construction and becoming a Holiday Inn property the staff is amazing. Matt who works the evening shift is fabulous, he took good care of us and assisted us with a room upgrade with no worries. Would definitely recommend this hotel and stay again.

Our stay was not so pleasant. The first night the room had two beds when I asked for a king, the TV remote was duct taped and didn't work, the beds were broken and lopsided and the bathroom smelled like a sewer. When we went to the front desk, they did nothing about the remote, or the bed situation, but they did give us a can of spray for the bathroom, which then triggered my asthma. The second night they moved us and we finally got the king bed, however there was a snapping beetle on my pillow and we were then moved to another room. Again each time, the staff was accommodating, without argument! We did choose not to stay the 3rd and 4th night, but the manager offered to upgrade us to a suite at the rate of $69 as opposed to $109 and they offered to inspect the room for us before we entered. Overall we would be very hesitant to stay at the Ramada Plaza in the near future.
