Would have been a five but they kept turning the hot tub off.
They put me in this room in the very back next to a busy road. I can hear people walking by. I’m an elderly woman by myself. They wouldn’t even let me take my stuff to my room on the cart without moving my car into an area where I could barely walk to get my suitcase, I was tripping. The whole idea was I am disabled. Yes, there were other people that needed to be checked in, but they gave me the crappy room out in the middle of nowhere like I said, I’m an elderly woman by myself and disabled. I showed them my disabled placard for my car and everything, I keep it in my purse. This is the worst experience ever I’m terrified people walking outside my window. I can’t sleep.
