We arrived very late to check in. The front desk agent was so kind, friendly and welcoming! I was most impressed by how clean everything was. The bathroom was spotless and you could tell everything had been ‘cleaned’ not just wiped down. The staff clearly takes pride in their work and I would definitely recommend a stay here if you are passing about through.
We had a good stay. Oscar was amazing with our needs and info as needed. We’re going back when we go to Oregon again. Thank you so much.

We booked our room requesting handicap roll in shower with king size bed, the scheduler on phone pushed through a room that was not ADA room and no roll in shower. This left us in a very bad situation since my husband had no other way to shower for the duration of our time at the hotel. We were over charged by hundreds. In spite of the booking situation and no other ADA rooms available, the hotel workers were more than accommodating with what was available.
As always, Oscar and the crew were very friendly and accommodating as always. Also great cookies every evening.
Got a ground floor room for my dogs very close to an exit. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. So much better accommodations here than in the Portland LQ.
