I was so impressed that absolutely everyone at the Wolfe Lodge in Minneapolis is super friendly. Everywhere my husband and I went we were greeted with kindness. I felt like a queen while there. I want to make a special mention of Adam who works in the front area walking floors and holding elevators for people. Everytime I walked through this area and went to the elevators he made a special effort to get me and help me into an elevator,b even calling me his friend. He made me feel so special. My husband and I spent for days and there nights there. I want to go back again but next time have both of my children and their spouses, along with our two grandchildren stay in rooms also. This time they just came during the days. Everyone came one day and we mostly played in the waterpark and are at both Buckets and the Wolfe Restaurant which were fantastic. The next day just our 6 year old granddaughter came. On that day we didn't even end up swimming because there was so much l my other things to do. In the beginning of the day we played in the room, then we went down and did some Magiquest, which I must admit my husband and I weren't very good at. (Luckily the next day our son in law understood how to do it right away so helped her.) Then my granddaughter went and built a bear and after we are some ice cream. We then went to dinner at Wolfw Restaurant again then played since more Magiquest. What a wonderful day. The last day just my daughter, v her husband and the two kids came and we spend the day in the waterpark with our 6.
I really liked the wrist bands.
My son had a great time at the Minneapolis Lodge. We have been to Anaheim lodge and this was just as great. The staff is very friendly. Fast response to requests. We would definitely stay again. Very nice restaurant at the lodge.

Staff was sometimes very rude. Food and drinks very expensive. Facilities were run down and rusted.
Fun stay at Great Wolf Lodge in Bloomington!
Poor quality and check in was a joke.
For the money we spent, honestly it was very disappointing. The bowling had two lanes closed and nobody running a list for who was up next. Not the experience I was expecting.
The Great Wolf Lodge is an excellent hotel to stay in with very clean and pleasant rooms. The water park is always very fun and clean as well. The staff is superb in every way.
Our family Christmas was celebrated at Great Wolf Lodge in Bloomington MN. Everyone there from time of check in to the time we checked out "all" staff was accommodating. But one person who was simply just doing their job was, Hasan. When he checked us in he was not only welcoming, but kind and understanding. He also explained everything in detail so that I understood everything about our stay there. Thank you Great Wolf Lodge in Bloomington MN. for a wonderful 2024 family Christmas.
