Palmera Inn and Suites offers a range of amenities including a bar/lounge, gym, pool, restaurant, and a spa tub.
At check in we did not get the room we reserved and we were downgraded without a reimbursement for the price difference. The room had ants on the bed when we first walked in. My youngest daughter caught lice from the bedding during our stay. They up charged me more at check out for additional hidden fees which should have been applied with my initial payment for the reservation. No one comes to clean the rooms (we stayed for five nights). No soap provided for the kitchen area, we had to buy our own. No hand towels. Shower door kept opening on its own, leaving a wet mess every time someone showered. Needless to say, we will not be staying here, ever again.
The hotel was very clean, it was a very nice place to stay.
Stayed here for years and will continue to do so. Pleasant staff, clean room and good breakfast.
