Our Vail meeting and conference space and services is sure to make your next meeting or conference a hit.The Wildwood Room offers the flexibility of using it as one large room or three separate rooms: Wildwood West, Wildwood East and the Wildwood Foyer. The Wildwood Foyer is the perfect location for a group registration or a conference refreshment break space. The lighting offers the flexibility of using either fluorescent or canned light, or a mixture of the two. A perfect combination of three distinct spaces, the Wildwood complex offer flexible solutions to your meeting requirements.The Gore Creek Room has windows and natural light on the East and South walls of the space. The Columbine Room also has windows along the South wall and features a cozy fireplace at the West end of the conference room.
