First night very unsettling reservation was already in place came in early certain request had to be mentioned again no microwave first two nights and at check out had to wait for my deposit then during my stay staff consistently coming saying in was leaking from bathroom no iron sanitizer and must should have been placed around I want half of my money back or certificate for another three day stay free.

The carpeting was extremely nasty, the bathroom had mold around the edges of the tub/shower and to top it off if you use the complimentary toiletries you would be charged. You were only given two two, when there was two adults and two kids. It was not a good stay!

"A Mess"

I was suppose to have a room with a hot tub,fridge and microwave. When I get to the room it's nothing like I expected.It does not a have fridge,microwave and the hot tub is a regular tub.I send my husband to ask about the fridge and microwave and the front desk said they don't have any. So why would you advertise those things if you don't have them. I'm just so disappointed and over my stay at this hotel.
