Walls are thin. Our neighbors were so loud. Front desk talked to them two times. Moved us the next day to a different room. That room had a mechanical issue. They moved us again. The 3rd room we moved to the fireplace didn’t work. Maintenance guy tried for an hour to get it working and it didn’t. They did state they would comp our dinner, however even that they messed up and charged to my credit card on file and I had to ask to get it removed. Ali at the front desk was the sweetest and if it wasn’t for her being so nice I would give the hotel one star! The pool had trash all around it. The same trash when we came back the 2nd day. Was a terrible hotel experience and not the relaxing.weekend we were hoping for.

Unfortunately, in our race to get on the road, we neglected to get my husbands shirts out of the closet. I believe there were six of them. We have called twice, emailed once and texted once. We have been assured that we would be contacted after the management spoke with house keeping. To date we haven’t any response. We’re very sorry that we overlooked the shirts in room 311 in the main lodge and hope that the staff can help us. We’re more than willing to pay for the shipping but would like to hear from you soon. Our stay was very enjoyable and the staff was always very attentive. I look forward to hearing from you. Sincerely, Susan Fletcher.

Property Description
The Chateaux Deer Valley offers outstanding luxury accommodations within steps of Deer Valley Resort’s Silver Lake Village and is three miles from Park City’s Historic Main Street. Embellished with Old World French décor, The Chateaux features a variety of lodging options including 95 hotel rooms, 35 studio rooms and 5 one-bedroom suites. Spacious two and three bedroom suites are also available. The Impressionist Ballroom offers 6,627 square feet with state-of-the-art audio/visual services and can accommodate groups up to 440 people classroom style or can be divided into three independent sections.
