We come to Jacksonville often and wanted something different. We always seem to stay in the same vicinity but wanted something different and more secure. This place is a gem. The room was immaculate. Everyone is so friendly (from the desk clerk’s, to housekeeping) We have found our new place to stay when we come back. Thank each of you so much!

We booked a night at this hotel for one night due to loss of power and they accept pets. The room was nice and there was a big grassy are for dog walking.

We booked a night at this hotel for one night due to loss of power and they accept pets. The room was nice and there was a big grassy are for dog walking.
Light night struck my apartment. We felt very fortunate to get one of the last available rooms at this hotel, because they are pet friendly. I received a receipt for the room with all of the applicable charges. I saw that there was $150 pending charge on my bank account, but I assumed this was for incidentals and it would fall off. The charge remained on my account. I called the front desk to inquire and received no response from the general manager. I called again to speak to booking g and was informed that this was a fee for “smoking”. I’m informed the booking agent that we were evacuated from our home due to an apartment fire. We did not smoke anywhere on the hotels property. I have not yet received a response from management. To say this ads insult to injury is an understatement.
