All was good!
Very nice room to go out and get checked in. Got to the room. There was no remote. Went to the front desk. They said they would send somebody up 45 minutes later and never did after a long day of travel that was not how we needed to end the day. Husband went back to the desk and they finally gave him a remote after waiting for an hour. It was 9:00 at night. Traveled all day.
I enjoy my self.

Check in went smooth considering time of night we got to the hotel. Airport shuttle made things al lot easier for us.
Just was sad that they now charge to park your car in and outside lot. While you stay there. I been a guest here many times over the years but I going to find another place near by that won’t charge me to park out side.
The staff was GREAT and so was the room! I love the shuttle to and from DIA.
Conner has been an absolute angel. I was very stressed and tired. Conner helped me to get my boarding pass, set up wake up call, confirm my reservation for the shuttle, came to my room to show me how to operate the TV and where to control the air conditioner. Conner is the only person at the front desk. Conner was very patient, reassuring, kind and professional. Being the person he is he drained all of the stress from me so can relax and not worry. I will highly recommend this hotel to everyone because of him. Also the room is clean, bed and pillow VERY comfortable! Thank you! Sara Smith.
