I am unable to review since the Days Inn representative that booked me at a Days Inn that was almost two hrs away from my work place. Being new to the city I was in,I could not take the risk to stay there, as a result I called to cancel the booking. They then referred me to try another Days Inn that was closer to my work only to find it was a dilapidated hotel, that had dirty, torn carpet in the main entrance foyer, a disgruntled house keeper who was complaining to the receptionist, smell of smoke all over. The receptionist however was very pleasant and helpful, after I explained my dilemma bear in mind the taxi driver is still with me throughout the whole nightmare. The receptionist tried to refer me at the Days Inn downtown(which was 1hr away from my work) as she figured I couldn't stay at the Days Inn where she was working. Eventually I left and had to book myself into another hotel plus pay for an astronomical taxi bill.I filed a complaint to Days Inn customer service, who was pleasant and said she would get Days Inn to call me back for a reimbursement at 6:00pm the next day. You can bet they never called back. $200 plus went down the drain because they don't care, like they don't care about their premises. One thing I do know in life Karma knows everyone's address. You cannot expect to treat people like this and expect to get away with it. My advice. save yourself the trouble and don't stay there.

When you walk in its nice and clean. As soon as we got in the elevator I knew we weren't gonna stay the night here! Just as we thought we walk in and I'm in shock. I was gonna take photos but didn't stick long enough. Pass go do not collect 200 dollars. Get your butt in the car. I wasted 120 on the room and didn't bother asking for it back. Plus I lost 25.00 for my white castles I had just bought to eat for dinner. I was so grossed out by the room I threw them away. They smelled just like the room!
