Between waiting 45mins in lobby to get keys for room, rooms smell, burn holes in bedding. Glad it was only to sleep and get out of there.

"The worse hotel experience we've had."

We were deceived by your false online advertisement. I chose your hotel because of what I thought was a good picture you had posted online. When we got there the mirrors were dirty, one of the bed had dog hairs all over it, the carpet needed vacuuming, one of the walls in the bathroom had blood on it, the toilet was clogged. The furniture needed dusting. The vents were dusty, causing us to be stuffy, my sister had to actually removed the vents and wash them so we could breathe better, we have pictures to show we are not making this up. The smoke detector in the room I stayed beeped the entire time we were there, I reported the beeping sound to the front desk but it never got resolved. The person who brought the plunger to unclog the toilet expected us to do it. W could hardly wait to check out. Never again will we stay in your facility and we will be quick to let others know not to stay there either. We felt we were in a ghetto motel.

bathroom door broken. Dirt all over the place. Front desk clerk was not very pleasant. TV dimmed and not much channels.

What kind of work do you do? I never went to your hotel, I just tried to make a reservation when I saw my mistake, I tried to changed the date but there weren’t any options. Quickly after your email I wrote to let you know that and asked you to refund me. Therefore I didn’t confirm anything. If you think you can keep money from people like that, go ahead !
