"I know the coved 19 virus made it difficult for businesses, but I think the hotel could do better."

The problem I had with this hotel was the constant noise. People yelling and arguing just out front of the hotel. People hanging out front and smoking pot. Smell of the pot in the elevator. People going in and out of the rooms slamming doors most of the evening. I just didn’t feel safe, because there was only one person at the front desk, usually a woman. I won’t stay there again.

I was staying at this hotel for several days and every day was great. Starting out with a great night's sleep followed by a variety of breakfast choices which I'm told they're expanding. From check in to check out the staff were helpful and sooo polite. The hotel itself is brand new and the location is right in the middle of everywhere you want to go in spring hill. We will definitely be staying here for future trips.

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice and clean the room was especially with the low price. Nice helpful staff, great service, breakfast was also more than expected with waffles. The room hS everything you would need, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, safe, iron, hair lower, WiFi. Would definitely recommend and stay here any time I’m in town.
