I visited with the charming Dewitt Place in Chicago. This all suite property is a terrific option for extended stay guests. Each room is equipped with a full kitchen, small dining area and pull out couch. A prime location off Michigan Avenue near Northwestern Hospital, John Hancock Building, restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, public transportation and nightlife. Rooms are very clean with hardwood floors and a comfortable living space. Enjoy the full kitchens with pots and pans, microwave, stove, full sized refrigerator and toaster. Housekeeping services for extended stay guests are available for $50 per stay. Parking options nearby at $24 nightly rate and $280 monthly rate. Fitness center, internet, laundry facilities and cable TV are included in the rate. The hotel is able to issue a lease and take care of guests for months at a time. Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Jewel and Treasure Island are just a short walk away providing your grocery shopping needs. Public transportation nearby including bus, L Trains and Metra trains to the suburbs can take you anywhere you need to go in the area. For anyone needing a long term stay in Apartment Type housing this property comes highly recommended.

Property Description
The DeWitt Place is located 2 blocks from Michigan Avenue and 1 block from Lake Michigan in the Gold Coast neighborhood in Downtown Chicago. Each studio is fully furnished with a queen size bed, pull-out sofa bed, flat-screen TV, linens, dishes, towels, dresser, hairdryer, and eat-in kitchen. Free WiFi is available throughout the entire building. On-site amenities include a fitness center, sauna, steam shower and laundry room. There is also a rooftop terrace. The John Hancock Center, Navy Pier and shopping are all within walking distance. The DeWitt Place is nearby Northwestern Memorial Hospital too.
