The hotel room and amenities are fine, although breakfast is extremely disappointing during COVID restrictions so don't think it is going to be the same awesome breakfast Embassy Suites is famous for until those restrictions are lifted. Breakfast was an cold egg sandwich, bottle of OJ and muffin. Hotel can't help that but what really disturbed me was the valet parking. This option is $39 a day and the hotel boasts it as a safer option to the $20 self parking. We opted for the valet parking during our two night stay. The morning we checked out, the driver brought our car around and handed us the keys. As we got in, we noticed the glove box and console were both open with the contents spread around the cab. Not a word from the driver that brought the car around who surley would have seen this. After taking inventory of anything that was missing, luckily the only thing of value we left in the car was a cooler bag full of our road trip food, we reported this to the hotel. To their credit, the compd us the cost of valet parking ~$80 value for two nights and are working with us on the stolen items. Will update this review depending on how that gets settled. During our stay we had the valet park and retrieve our car several times with no issues until this on the day we checked out. Be advised if you stay here and use the valet service, they may not lock your car and it may be parked where it could be broken in to. Don't leave anything of value in it. My suggestion would be to save your money, park and lock it yourself, or just stay at a different hotel with a better track record of valet service.
