Great hospitality rooms were excellent.
Called ahead and reserved a room. Arrived, checked in, front desk gave me room keys, unlocked the room and walked in on partially dressed people laying on the bed. They were NOT HAPPY. Front desk gave me a different room with a TV that wasn't working and needed a complete reset to watch it. Later, I checked my credit card and they charged me twice. Had to fight with Hampton Inn to get it removed.

I only stayed one night. My room and the hotel were clean. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly.

I assumed that I was dealing with Hilton Reservations, but….. it turned out to be a third party scam with a double charge. I was so upset at checking in until Casey welcomed me to the hotel, sympathized with me and managed to turn the experience into a real blessing. He was so kind and not just to me, but, as I observed, to other guests and food delivery people. It’s extraordinary to encounter such a person as Casey who truly understands the concept of Hospitality.
The staff wdid their best to ensure we had a pleasant stay. Our window shades were stuck in the up position. TJ hung curtains to ensure our privacy. The breakfast crew was very attentive. Good stay.
We stayed at the Hilton near Downington, not Harrisburg.
