1. Shower was a drain. No curtain. Got the entire bathroom floor wet and slippery. 2. No screen on window. No A/C but could not leave window open with no screen. 3. Kerrigan machine with no coffee except a used one inside. When asked, they gave us ones that didn't work. 4. Furniture chairs soiled and table with cig burns. 5. Not enough towels especially with no shower curtain or tub. Mattress very small with two inches on each side. Not a queen size bed. 6. Poor lighting inside and on outside stairway. 7. A sink. A toilet. A shower drain. No place to set stuff. 8. Shower was a wand fastened to a handicap bar on the wall. My husband and I are 5' 8" and 5' 9. The shower head was too short and you had to bend over to get your head and torso wet. 10. Our hotel keys stopped working so we had to get them reset. 11. No one at the front desk. You had to call a number and wait.
