The cool thing about Hilton Garden Inn Charleston Waterfront/Downtown is its rooftop terrace, offering a great view of the surrounding area.
I would stay there again, it's in a congested area,but overall a great place to stay, beautiful views.
My daughter needed an emergency c section with the baby in the NICU. We raced down to Charleston from Maryland We eventually had to add and change our stay three times. Samatha and Lorenzo were wonderful. It was a very stressful time and having your staff work with us took some of that stress away. Thank you so much.

Overall,our stay was pleasant and the room was very nice. It would have been nice to have been advised of the renovations going on. The first front desk clerk was quite inhospitable and showed no interest in my discomfort and concern. Rather, she was rude and dismissing. Management, however, made apologies for the situation and offered whatever was needed to make our stay more pleasant. We thank them for their efforts. We will consider another stay when visiting Charleston again.

From the front desk people who are absolutely wonderful, to the new young gentleman who ran up the stairs to the top floor as our key did not work, and Jim the bartender, staff was wonderful! Great place to stay!
Great clean and well maintained rooms with awesome views of the harbor. The inhouse restaurant had a very nice selection of meals for both breakfast and dinner. I would highly recommend this establishment.
