Major hotel brand cleaning standards were very strict before the Covid-19 event. Hilton has always been a leader in cleaning standards. A standard disinfectant cleaner that we have always used, and continue to use. It is a hospital grade cleaning product supplied by a commercial company called Ecolab. Ecolab provides cleaning processes and chemicals to the majority of hotels in the US. Hilton has recently started a program also using Lysol products as well. In addition to our normal high-standard cleaning processes, we clean public surfaces, door knobs, elevator buttons, etc., multiple times per day. Our service staff adhere to the currently recommended CDC guidance for protective devices, social distancing, etc. We also post information in multiple locations reminding visitors of these CDC guidelines.
