I totally enjoyed my stay at Red Roof Inn in Herkimer NY.. staff were friendly and maintained my room daily.. I requested extra coffee and housekeeping provided that for my mornings.. I will book Red Roof Inn any time in the future when I visit family….
The staff was outstanding,responsive and professional. The room was very clean and the continental breakfast was better than most. Would stay again and recommend without hesitation.
Booking service mistake was solved and we got the two beds we reserved.

Two employees, I think Laura and Stephanie, very kind and helpful. When opening door, room smelled good, clean bathroom and kitchenette stocked with coffee maker. Beds were reasonably comfortable. Heated pool was amazing! Would definitely come back again since we were impressed with stay.

First thing, hair balls, urine around the toilet, continental breakfast is a bagel or cereal.

Our bus driver stayed two nights at your hotel and was very impressed with everything about your hotel, including the very kind and respectful staff. She looks forward in staying there again.

The beds were comfortable, the rooms clean, very quiet considering it was close to the highway. Had a hot shower and great sleep. I would stay hear again. p.s. Priced very reasonable.
Was nicely decorated for Fall, rooms were clean. Front desk was very helpful with a list of restaurants printed up. Would stay again.
The room was large and nicely appointed, with microwave, mini fridge and a bistro table. The staff were the friendliest and everything was clean.
