Accessible room had an indescribable disfunctional shower that got water all over floor. Toilet dysfunctional. Customer service no responsive. Never again.
I paid for a King size bed with jacuzzi instead they gave me a queen size bed jacuzzi and floor were dirty. I stead at Bestwestern for a week and the rooms were cleaned. Sorry but I won't be staying there any more. And no I don't have pictures. My words should be sufficient.
I checked in late at night, maybe around 11:30, but the room was very clean and staff friendly and accommodating. Thank you 😊.
