"Everything Was On Point!"
Overall Score5.0/ 5
Everything here was on point. The lady at the front desk who checked me in gave me the best customer service. Thank you 😊.

"Terrible customer service."
Overall Score2.0/ 5
Well, as I was checking out I asked for a receipt. The person told me they don't have one, so asked why not as I need one for company. So instead of calmly explaining why he couldn't give me one he raised his voice, so I asked for a manager and his name. As Neil told me that I could write down his name all I want that he didn't care and he didn't have to stay behind the counter either, then as we argued (great way to start my morning as a customer) he threatened me to meet him outside. Then he needed to get his backpack for something, at this point I went to my vehicle and left the premises. I would think asking for a receipt was a legitimate thing to do as I didn't know using the third party they didn't get them. I do now though and I will never stay here again and will tell this story to whom ever ask me about my experience.

"Dirty Bathroom"
Overall Score2.0/ 5
We arrived at 8:45pm and got unpacked and went to shower before bed and there was hair, dirty towels, rhinestones and a huge makeup stain (I hope) on the shower curtain. There were no other rooms available to switch to. Their breakfast selection was also very limited and we’ve stayed at other hotels during Covid. Overall, it was the lack of cleanliness for us.

"No Breakfast"
Overall Score2.0/ 5
At 9:30 am there was no breakfast and I had a large group. The lady was rude when we walked in and cussed in front of my children. Only had one towel in bathroom when I checked in. Will never stay there again.

"Best Experience in TX."
Overall Score5.0/ 5
We were pleasantly surprised by our visit to the HI Dallas NE Arboreum. The hotel is very new, clean and very well maintained. The staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. The WiFi was good, as was the mattresses. Coffee and tea 24/7, with breakfast in the a.m. with those wonderful cinnamon buns and delightful automatic pancake maker!Every floor has an ice maker and the rooms come with a Keurig, pods of coffee, tea bags and sugars, etc. The in room microwave and refrigerator were convenient for putting leftovers in and heating them. If you didn't have time to run to the local Waffle House (walking distance), you can purchase heat and serve items from the front desk. All in all it was a great stay and I would highly recommend a visit there!
