The Swing representative did all he could do to make my accommodations comfortable, as I tried to book across the street and they had no availability and booked me at their Wilson property(45min.away), so I'm eternally grateful for thman man who at 1830 on Sat.8FEB25, However, the next day after attending breakfast, I approached the guy at front desk Sun morning, to inquire about extending my stay and he said he couldn't give me the previous rate and I had to pay full price. No thanks. My room wasn't as clean(hair in bathroom/shower, plus liquor bottle cap under desk), so all and all, my stay was comfortable, but when you check in a "hotel", this caliber and certain things aren't done, it leaves a lack luster experience.
The breakfast wasn't very good. Very disappointed that you do not offer military or AAA discountS for ALL of the rooms. We are coming back for a week and are looking for a better price.
The room was so very clean and neat. There was a large assortment of food for breakfast and everything was delicious. The employees were very friendly yet professional. I would definitely recommend this motel to anyone.
