My king room was large and excellent. Everything worked and all desk attendants were friendly and quite helpful. I’ve been here two nights and almost wish I didn’t have to leave.

People at the front desk should be more professional. Had to go back three different times to get my key. Remade, the juice machine has been broken for over two weeks.
I was apprehensive about staying here after reading the negative reviews; but my experience was not bad. The room was clean, the breakfast was fine and I was happy to see TCM was available on the cable. Patrons of the Mexican restaurant adjacent to the hotel can get a bit rowdy on Friday and Saturday evening, but did not seem to be threatening, as some reviews suggested. The only annoying feature was flickering lights in the two elevators. Also I was surprised by the added taxes and fees to the room price.

Very Clean
Clerk said there would be a place.I could run an extension cord to my truck to plug in a small refrigerator that was not. Upon. Entering the room, there was a dirty face rag hanging on the shower curtain rod toilet seat was up and a used Bob soap was in the soap dish and somewhat had urinated in the toilet. TV did not respond properly no back on the battery compartment of the remote control. I'm not sure how to make sure she could teach some Western fun but I love it. And the toilet has a bad flapper. It would refill every 20 minutes and had a very loud valve. Roma's clean and spacious hotel was clean.Breakfast was adequate.
