I thought I had sent a review on how sorry the stay was but I guess it didn’t go so again we checked n on Friday around 9 pm we were told NO house cleaning which was fine but around 11 at night someone was vacuuming in the hall The walls were so not insulated I could hear the room next is TV baby crying and a guest coughing so loud they need to visit the ER I had to turn the A/C on at 1:54 to drawn out the noise when it came on sounded like a helicopter I recorded so u. Could hear how loud we left that morning around 6 6:15 for a volleyball tournament return to take a nap around 2:30 had to call front desk two times to get someone to tell the guest next to us to turn the TV down and the baby was still crying the beds are as hard as bricks the elevator doors were so dirty And I charge $641 what a rip off I want my money back.

We checked In after 9pm was told no house cleaning which was perfectly fine but around 11 pm someone was in the hall with a vacuum The guest in the room beside us had the TV so loud, a baby crying and someone coughing so hard it sounded like their lung came up So at 1:54 in the morning I had to turn the A/C on to drawn out the noise and I recorded how loud the A/C was sounded like a helicopter taking off We left around 6:30am for our daughter’s volleyball tournament returned around two at 2:30 I called the front desk due to the loud TV and a baby crying again it took two calls for someone to finally come also I took a pic of how nasty the elevator doors were the amount you are charging is a complete rip off we will never stay here again.

"Bad Decision"

I made a reservation for 6 people. There are no rooms to accommodate 6 people but they certainly kept our money. It was a late check in and upon finding only two double beds in the room I asked for a 2nd room and was told I would have to pay for it. We stayed because it was so late and my husband and I slept on the floor so the kids could have the beds. Unsafe and I am sure it broke fire codes and regulations. The hotel is refusing a refund and tell me to seek it from the booking site. I didn’t pay the booking site, I paid the hotel. Haven’t heard from Wyndham yet but I certainly hope someone makes this right. A 2nd room at no charge would have solved the issue but now there is only one remedy, a refund!

I could not wait to check out of the hotel. It was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. I am disappointed o noted in your company for booking me there.
